Refund Policy

Here you’ll find our rules for bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds — presented clearly and respectfully.

General

All bookings are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Client Cancellation and Rescheduling

Booked sessions are non-refundable. A session may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment and subject to availability.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the lost time will be deducted from your scheduled session. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

No-Show

We wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, the session will be closed and treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by AstroNavigations

If AstroNavigations must cancel a session, you will receive either a replacement appointment or a full refund.

Legally Required Rights

Any non-waivable rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
